Anaïs JOACHIM, received the Special Prize "Young Cytometrist" at the 23rd Congress of the Association Française de Cytométrie (AFC) which took place in Rennes from 18 to 20 September 2019. Anaïs, PhD student in the laboratory of Bernard and Marie Malissen at the Centre d'Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy, who won this prize following a pre-selection based on a scientific summary and an invitation to present her work during the session "Young Cytometrist Prize".
This competition is open to all cytometrists under 33 years of age on the date of the congress, whether or not they are members of the AFC, regardless of their affiliation structure (private or public) and their status (doctoral student, engineers, technicians, etc.), and thus makes it possible to reward the work of the winning candidate.
