The transposon is thus inserted within with a gene that encodes a homologue of an E. coli hypothetical protein that, depending on the prediction, is either 178 (YFDR) or 187 (b2361) amino acids long).

b2361 does not contain any identifiable Pfam domains.
STRING analysis suggests that neither b2361/yfdR nor its orthologs occur repeatedly with certain genes in one gene cluster.
