Immunology, from nanoscience to system biology

Combining the skills of engineers and scientists from different disciplines, 8 distinct technological platforms enable the CIML researchers to study the complexity of the immune system through multiple models and scales, ranging from the nanometer to the whole organism.

 

Bioinformatics, proteomics, C-elegans functional genomics, ENU mutagenesis, KO-KI accelerator, immunophenomics, cell imaging, molecular dynamics analysis in live cells, single particle tracking, design and production of monoclonal antibodies: in close link with joint research institutes, all these technologies are directly accessible at the CIML, either in the Marseille-Luminy Scientific and Technology Park or nearby.
