Role of stromal cells in supporting the development of B cell pathologies and analysis of primary immune deficiencies affecting B-lymphocytes
The expertise acquired by the analysis of physiological B cell differentiation is applied to pathological situations affecting B-lymphocytes.
Our work is mainly focused on the role of the bone marrow microenvironment in supporting the development of B cell pathologies (follicular B cell lymphoma and acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia), and also on the gene defects responsible of B cell development blockages in primary immune deficiencies.
