The abrupt discontinuity obtained upon TBLASTX analysis with this sequence (results here) indicates that more than one fragment is present in the clone. This was confimed by restriction digest analysis. Presumably there is a Pst I site at around position 49, not found in the above sequence that comes from a single read.
